From launch to programme follow-up

I was the project coordinator for the launch and first cohort of École Numérique Ahmed Al Hansali in Béni Mellal. Preparations began in late 2023, before my contractual move to the training project coordinator role in January 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare selection materials and take part in learner recruitment.
  • Interview and technically assess prospective trainers.
  • Observe classes and regularly follow teaching and technical progress.
  • Coordinate administration and communication with the team.
  • Follow internships and prepare steps towards employment, including job-dating events.

Work across other programmes

Responsibility for the first cohort is distinct from my contributions to later cohorts and other Simplon programmes. With the teams and partners, I also contribute to JobInTech, Talent 4 Startups, YouCode and CCFBS through programme preparation, follow-up, interventions and juries.

Public context

The school opened in December 2023. The linked report documents the launch and provides context; the description of my role reflects my coordination work.
